A browser-based inpainting tool for cleaning logos and text overlays off images you have the rights to edit. No files leave your device — everything runs locally.
Watermark removal is genuinely hard to do perfectly with a browser-side tool, and we'd rather be honest about that than oversell what's possible. What this tool does is analyze the pixel data surrounding the watermarked area and blend it inward — a technique called inpainting. It works reasonably well when the watermark sits in a corner or edge of a simple, low-detail background. The algorithm can fill in plain sky, solid colors, and simple gradients convincingly.
It works less well when the watermark sits over complex or highly detailed content — a face, a busy street scene, intricate texture — because the surrounding pixels can't accurately predict what should be underneath the mark. For those cases, dedicated software like Adobe's Content-Aware Fill or Photoshop's Generative Fill will produce better results.
Watermarks generally exist to identify the owner of a photo and protect copyright. This tool is intended for images you own outright, or images where you have explicit permission from the rights holder to remove branding — for example, removing your own company's logo from an older version of a photo before re-exporting it, or cleaning a light timestamp overlay from your own camera's output. Using it to strip copyright watermarks from stock photos or someone else's work without permission is both legally risky and something we'd ask you not to do.
